Return Process
• To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Adress. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase].
• Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of an Lunavello.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
• In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 90 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
• After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
